log 102: Name Poll and Cold Cold Heart Review

You know what I like, it's when the people in charge of video game development say 'hey since were using a character like Mr Freeze let's revisit the source material'. And what better source material than the classic animated series, if only other top brass in the entertainment industry thought of that...say in the late 90s perhaps? I think you know what I am talking about.
Onto the game review...I like it, It does the character justice and also fits very nicely into the continuity of the Arkham verse. Now onto Mr Freeze's design...combined classic elements from the animated series with a prototype of his Arkham city costume, wise move and he is presented as a tragic villain and the case file mode which lead up to the deduction was...heartbreaking. 
It used the source material well and kept things dark but with a happy ending, one where all the bad guys got put away which is something I was  very happy about.
The Anarky side mission was realistic and also didn't distract too much from the main plot which was good and it gave the story a bit more range, whilst previous Batman DLC was very formulaic. Speaking of previous DLC there are a few collectable trophies however they are relevant as you have to unfreeze poor police and find anarky tags of which there are twelve (better than popping bloody balloons!!)

So all in all it was good, a nice addition to Arkham Origins and a fine salute to one of my favourite villains and on a justified sadism note...I got to punch Ferris...yeah, I liked that
